Provided is a hose clamp which is easy and convenient in extension and release of a clamp through a tool such as pliers and can minimize separation of the clamp from the tool such as the pliers during clamping work. For this, the hose clamp comprises: a ring-shaped body which is elastically transformed by external force and of which both front end portions are overlapped; a first end part which forms a front end portion of one side of the body and has a receiving hole elongated along the middle part and of which front end part is bent to protrude toward the outside of the body to form a supporter; a second end part which forms a front end portion of the other side of the body and is located inside the receiving hole to be overlapped with the first end portion and of which front end part is bent to protrude toward the outside of the body to form a retaining protrusion; and a retaining member which is formed on the supporter and to which the retaining protrusion is caught when the inner diameter of the body is extended, so that the hose clamp elastically transforms the body at a position where the retaining protrusion and the supporter are close to each other and clamps a hose at a position where the retaining protrusion and the supporter are far away from each other, wherein the length of the retaining protrusion protruding from the second end part to the outside is longer than the length of the supporter protruding from the first end part to the outside. |
