The present invention relates to a lactide copolymer, a method for producing the same, and a resin composition including the same, wherein the lactide copolymer has excellent fundamental properties such as mechanical properties and processability and also has excellent flexibility so as to be used as a packing material. The lactide copolymer includes two or more particular block copolymer repeating units bonded to a hard segment of a polylactide repeating unit on both ends of a soft segment of a polyether polyol repeating unit. The block copolymer repeating units are connected with each other through a urethane connector which is used as a medium induced from a multivalent isocyanate compound having an isocyanate group with a valence of more than two and less than three per a molecule. The polyether polyol repeating unit has a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000.
