PURPOSE: A shutdown cooling system for a high-temperature gas furnace, capable of cooling the high-temperature gas furnace when the high-temperature gas furnace shuts down is provided to prevent the expansion of a container due to high-temperature gas, to improve the heat removal efficiency of a high-temperature gas furnace, and to secure the safety of the high-temperature gas furnace even if a heat exchanger tube is broken. CONSTITUTION: A shutdown cooling system for a high-temperature gas furnace includes a high-temperature gas furnace (130) which generates heat of a high temperature by nuclear fission; a first circulation line (110) in which a first cooling fluid, which passes through the high-temperature gas furnace, circulates; and a second circulation line (120) which exchanges heat with the first cooling fluid through a first heat exchanger which is installed on the outer side of the high-temperature gas furnace. |
