Disclosed is a system for declaring and managing invention for a company for a mobile device comprising: an invention bibliographic information writing unit for generating an invention declaration report when technical details about an invention are received from an inventor terminal; an approval unit of a person in charge of patent for receiving whether the invention declaration report is approved and information on invention assessor designation from a terminal of a person in charge of patent, and notifying a designated invention assessor of the invention declaration by email when the invention declaration report is approved, and notifying the inventor of a cause of rejection by email when the declaration report is rejected, an invention assessor reviewing unit for notifying, by email, the inventor and the person in charge of patent of the fact that a review opinion on the invention declaration report is received when the review opinion on the invention declaration report is received from the terminal of the person in charge of patent; and an invention deliberation unit for storing invention deliberation result information when the invention deliberation result information of a job invention deliberation committee is received from the terminal of the person in charge of patent, and notifying the inventor of the reception of the deliberation result by email. The invention assessor reviewing unit includes at least one among an assessment opinion writing module to write a review opinion on the invention written in the invention declaration report, a reference attachment module to attach files about prior technologies and reference technologies related to an assessment of the invention, and an additional assessor designation module to notifying a relevant additional assessor of the fact of the additional invention assessor designation by email when additional assessor designation information is received from the invention assessor terminal. At least one among the inventor terminal, the terminal of a person in charge of patent, and the invention assessor terminal is a mobile terminal. |
