摘要 Provided is a cooling device for a smartphone, which can improve heat radiation performance of the smartphone by mounting the smartphone thereon to solve the problem of overheat of a battery leading to degradation of performance, an operating system crash, or, in a severe case, an explosion of the battery when the smartphone is used for a long time. A portable smartphone cooler of the present invention is an ancillary cooling device, unlike existing cooling products, not adopting a direct structural change of the smartphone. The portable smartphone cooler comprises a Peltier device, a heat radiation plate, and a fan, and is designed to be capable of temperature control using a temperature sensor and holding a smartphone thereon. To this end, a condition to maximize cooling performance of the Peltier device constituting a cooling unit is searched. The cooling performance of the Peltier device is tested through comparative experiments in which the heat radiation plate and the fan are installed on a hot surface of the Peltier device and the portable smartphone cooler is made based on results of the comparative experiments. An operation of the portable smartphone cooler is controlled by turning on or off the Peltier device when a temperature of the smartphone read by a sensor of a temperature sensor unit is higher than a target temperature. According to the present invention, the portable smartphone cooler can help people in solving heat problems caused by a long use of the smartphone.
