The present invention relates to a therapeutic device for rhinitis using ultraviolet rays and infrared rays at once and a control method thereof. The therapeutic device for rhinitis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a control unit; a light irradiation unit for irradiating ultraviolet (UV) rays and infrared (IR) rays to the affected area of a patient according to the control of the control unit; and an interface unit for positioning the light irradiation unit and the affected area close to each other to assist the irradiation of the light irradiation unit. The light irradiation unit comprises a UV ray irradiation unit for irradiating the UV rays to sterilize the affected area; a first lens arranged close to the UV ray irradiation unit for the diffusion and collimation of the UV rays; an IR ray irradiation unit for irradiating the IR rays for the treatment of the affected area according to a thermotheraphy; a second lens arranged close to the IR ray irradiation unit for the diffusion and collimation of the IR rays; a reflector for reflecting the IR rays passing the second lens; and a beam splitter for irradiating the UV rays and the IR rays to the affected area by reflecting the IR rays reflected through the reflector at a preset angle while penetrating the UV rays passing the first lens. The interface part has a headset shape. The patient who wears the headset-shaped interface part can position the affected area and the light irradiation unit close to each other without using his body.
