The present invention relates to a dilution type manual agricultural chemical sprayer for evenly mixing and diluting agricultural chemical base materials and water as compressed air generated reflectively when manually pumping a plunger pump is provided into a chemical tank. The dilution type manual agricultural chemical sprayer comprises: a chemical tank for accommodating chemicals produced by mixing and diluting the agricultural chemical base materials and water inside and suspenders at a front side; a plunger pump extended into the inside by being combined at the upper part of the chemical tank and comprising a cylinder and a piston; an operating lever formed on one side of the chemical tank and being combined at the piston of the plunger pump for moving the piston vertically to the cylinder; a chemical spraying tube connected to the plunger pump, comprising a handle at the center and a spraying nozzle at an end part; an air spraying tube having one end connected to the plunger pump and the other end extended to the inside of the chemical tank and allowing the agricultural chemical base material and the water to be evenly mixed and diluted by providing the air in the plunger pump into the chemical tank when the piston is moving downward.
