The present invention relates to a damping device of a flywheel, which has a second weight body for relatively rotating in a direction for damping torsional vibration of an engine delivered to a first weight body through a damp spring. Disclosed is a damping device of a flywheel which includes a guide, which is installed between the damp springs and rotates and moves with the damp springs by guiding the expansion and contraction of the damp springs according to the damping operation of the damp springs; and a third weight body which is coaxially arranged with the second weight body and relatively rotates in a direction for damping torsional vibration of the engine delivered to the second weight body as the end is connected to the guide.
