The present invention relates to a holder for supporting a saxophone, capable of minimizing physical fatigue of a player while the player is playing the instrument as well as taking a rest by reducing the consumption of physical energy caused by the weight of the instrument. In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention includes a height-adjustable stand (10); an attaching hole (20) coupled to the top side of the stand (10); a support frame integrated with the attaching hole (20); and a supporting hole (40) hung onto the support frame (30) on one end and joined to a support ring (110) of a saxophone (100) on the other end.
