摘要 A manufacturing method according to the present invention does not need an additional adhesive layer and/or protective boundary layer (PBL) inside a core layer because a plurality of sea-island type composite filaments having different optical thicknesses are manufactured by using a plurality of sea-island type extrusion dies and are laminated in a fused state. In addition, since a skin layer is also formed on at least one surface of the core layer in the fused state, an additional adhesion process is not necessary. Through this, a manufacturing cost can be significantly saved. In addition, this method is also very advantageous to maximize optical property with a limited thickness. Furthermore, a reflective polarizer manufactured through the manufacturing method according to the present invention has a plate type polymer internally. Accordingly, compared to a conventional reflective polarizer having a birefractive polymer, the reflective polarizer according to the present invention can have very excellent optical property, even though it includes the less number of birefractive polymer in an identical area. Furthermore, since a plurality of groups having different optical average thicknesses are formed, the reflective polarizer according to the present invention can reflect all S-waves in a visible light wavelength band.
