The on chip cell culturing monitoring unit comprises a monitoring part formed on the surface of a substrate and a cell culturing part arranged on the upper part of the one monitoring part and in which a cell is culture, and the cell culturing part covers the lower part of the cell culturing part and is surrounded by a partition covering the bottom contacted to the upper part of the monitoring part and around the bottom in a certain height.
