PURPOSE: A method for providing a sound source service, a terminal and a server thereof are provided to maximize the convenience of a user using the audio source service by playing an audio source stored at a terminal of a user with an arbitrary terminal. CONSTITUTION: If an audio fingerprint is received from a terminal connected through a network, a fingerprint searching part (22) searches an audio fingerprint corresponding to the audio fingerprint at a database. A controlling part (230) extracts the identifier of sound source data corresponding to the audio fingerprint which is drawn to be corresponding to the received audio fingerprint for generating a sound source synchronization list and connecting the sound source synchronization list to a user account authenticated through the terminal. A transmission interface providing part (240) generates a transmission interface for receiving the sound source data from the terminal.
