PURPOSE: A cross beam for a crash barrier and the crash barrier including the same are provided to obtain sufficient strength through the cross beam of a double steel pipe in the collision of a large sized vehicle and to improve the passenger protection performance in the collision of a small-sized vehicle through a buffer material. CONSTITUTION: A cross beam (200) for a crash barrier comprises an outer steel pipe (210), an inner steel pipe (220), and a buffer material (230). The inner steel pipe is inserted into the outer steel pipe so that the closed section space is formed in the inner front of the outer steel pipe. The cross section of the closed section space is formed as a semicircle. The buffer material is accommodated in the closed section space. |
