Disclosed are a method for controlling the washer operation and an apparatus for performing the method. The method for controlling the washer operation of a vehicle includes: a step of selecting an operation washer to be operated, among a front washer and a rear washer; a step of changing the voltage inputted into a front washer operating switch, from a ground voltage into an operation voltage, if the operation washer is the front washer; and a step of changing the voltage inputted to a rear washer operating switch, from a ground voltage into an operation voltage, if the operation washer is the rear washer. |
