<p>The present invention provides a ceramic electronic device capable of maximizing the suppression of desquamation which can be generated on an interface between a metal layer and a middle conductive resin layer in a multilayered external electrode including the middle conductive resin layer. The middle conductive resin layer (12c) including the external electrode (12) is formed of an epoxy resin including a conductive filler, and the middle conductive resin layer (12c) satisfies both a condition of C/A >= 0.39 and a condition of B/A <= 0.47 (A, B, and C are the maximum spectrum intensity obtained based on a relation line of a spectrum intensity and a wave number of the middle conductive resin layer (12c) obtained with an ATR method).</p> |
