If the power source of the computer system is turned on, the data transmission apparatus for computer and the method for changing data transmission channel change automatically the channel connected to each device. Therefore it prevents the load from being concentrated on the special channel or controller. The data transmission apparatus for computer comprises the interface controller(40), and the connecting unit(50) and the control unit(60). The interface controller comprises a plurality of channels. The connecting unit assigns the channel to each device. The control unit controls the connecting unit to change the channel allocated to the device. |
