The device has independent semicylindrical elements (X) comprising a flexible body with a main volume (3) whose convex front face is notched by grooves (5) and rough edges (4). The device deadens arrival contact of a bow boat on the main volume to laterally fix supports on the device while fitting the grooves between the rough edges. The semicylindrical elements are fixed at a bank of a pontoon by slides or fixing parts e.g. screws by openings (7) within limit of dimension to modulate length of the bank of the pontoon. The semicylindrical elements are made of material e.g. plastic or rubber.
