The cover (1) has a small pocket made of a solid/liquid phase change material i.e. paraffin, placed within a flexible respirant envelope. The material exhibits latent heat varying from 150 to 300 kJ/kg and a melting point in interval of 30 degree celsius to 70 degree celsius. The material includes hydrated salts or vegetable oil. The envelope is filled with material mixed with expanded graphite. The envelope has a grammage from 100 to 250 g/m2 and a permeability to the air of about 0.51/m2/Sec. The envelope is made of fabric such as polyamide, polyester or cordura (RTM: durable fabric) with elastomer. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a cover.
