A micro-device for injection of multiple reagents and a method for solid-phase DNA purification method using the same are disclosed. A micro-device for injection of multiple reagents according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotating plate rotating on a central rotating shaft; a plurality of sample storing units arranged on the rotating plate by being separated from the rotating shaft by a predetermined distance and containing samples; a reaction chamber spaced apart from the sample storing units and arranged on the rotating plate; and a plurality of micro channels connecting the reaction chamber with each of the sample storing units and having hydrophobicity. The plurality of micro channels has different widths relative to each other.
