The present invention relates to a hot-wire cutting apparatus for self-curling sleeve fabric. The hot-wire cutting apparatus for self-curling sleeve fabric prevents fabric from loosening by applying heat-sealing to a cut surface of self-curling sleeve fabric, manufactured in the shape of a roll, during a cutting process; and prevents edges of the cut surfaces from adhering to each other. The hot-wire cutting apparatus for self-curling sleeve fabric includes an input part through which fabric is supplied; a core part which is inserted inside the self-curling sleeve fabric supplied by the input part, and separates and extends both ends of the self-curling sleeve fabric; a roller part which is arranged under the core part and transfers the self-curling sleeve fabric by friction; a hot-wire part which is arranged at the end of a sleeve discharging part of the core part, and vertically moves above or under a pathway of the sleeve fabric to cut the self-curling sleeve fabric ; and a discharging part through which the self-curling sleeve fabric, cut by the hot-wire part, is discharged.
