Provided are a smart booster brake system and a control method thereof. The smart booster brake system can control master cylinder pressure using the displacement of a pedal sensed by a pedal sensor when a problem occurs in the pressure sensor. Therefore, the system can improve the safety of a driver by executing the maximum pressure of a smart booster in an emergency even though errors except for a short circuit occur in the output of the pressure sensor. |
