A standard operation management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a standard operation generating unit including a standard operation recognizing unit which recognizes and digitalizes an operation, an operation interpreting unit which interprets the operation based on data which is collected in the standard operation recognizing unit, and a simulator which generates a standard operation model by using the interpreted data; and a standard operation controlling unit including a learning operation recognizing unit which recognizes and digitalizes an operation of a learner, an operation comparing unit which compares data collected in the learning operation recognizing unit with the standard operation model, and a similarity evaluating unit which evaluates similarity by using data delivered from the operation comparing unit.
