The present invention relates to a method for setting the position of a splicing roll for removing air form the joint of half-finished products for a tire green case, which enables a setting of the optimal location of a splicing roll through a color change of a joint step unit using a pressure-sensitive paper, thereby using an accurate compression of a splicing roll to discharge the air in an air tunnel with a lifting of a joint step unit generated during the attachment of a semi-finished sheet. Thus, the method has the effect of preventing the failure of an air injection in a finished tire. |
