The disclosed film comprises water-soluble cellulose ether, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a gelling agent based on 100 parts by weight of the water-soluble cellulose ether, and 0-0.3 parts by weight of a gelling aid based on 100 parts by weight of the water-soluble cellulose ether, wherein the light transmittance is 80% or greater.
