The device has a motorized case (100) including an electrical motor, which rotatably moves a mobile element (110) of a preformed recess (120) that is co-acted with the mobile element for moving with a corresponding preformed recess of a screw head fitted to a fastener. The case is designed in a T-shape whose horizontal bar forms a handle (130), where a lower end of a vertical bar of the T-shape case is equipped with the mobile element. A refillable battery is accommodated in the case.
