The present invention relates to a system and a method for seat ventilation control and, more specifically, to a method for controlling seat ventilation comprising: a discharging amount determination step of differentially determining a discharging amount of air supplied from an air conditioning case to a seat unit inside a vehicle using the external temperature of the vehicle detected by an external temperature unit or the temperature of air discharged from the air conditioning case set by a driver operation (S100); and a seat ventilation step of supplying air to the seat unit connected to the air conditioning case through a connecting duct according to the discharging amount of air determined in the discharging amount determination step (S100) (S200).
