The present invention relates to an ultralight foamed concrete wall composition including 90-98 wt% of a high early strength-type blended cement slurry, 1-8 wt% of waste foamed polystyrene having a density in a range of 0.002-0.010, a circular diameter, and a particle size of 2-15 mm, and 1-8 wt% of a foamed group obtained by diluting an animal or vegetable foaming agent in water at the ratio of 1:25-50 wt% and foaming using compressed air, and a manufacturing method of ultralight foamed concrete wall using the same. The high early strength-type blended cement slurry is obtained by mixing 50-80 wt% of a high early strength-type blended cement obtained by pulverizing 70-94 kg of a cement, 3-15 kg of calcium sulfoaluminate, 2-10 kg of anhydrous plaster and 1-5 kg of a slaked lime to a pulverized degree of 4,000-6,000 cm2/g, 20-50 wt% of water, and 0.1-0.5 wt% of a water reducing agent. |
