PURPOSE: A producing method of luminous artificial flowers is provided to spread phosphorescent liquid to a fabric using a screen-printing process for uniformly spreading the liquid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of luminous artificial flowers comprises the following steps: cutting a fabric processed to have waterproof property(S110); mixing a phosphorescent pigment and a screen printing ink to obtain phosphorescent liquid(S120); screen-printing one side of the fabric, and drying the phosphorescent liquid(S130, S140); screen-printing the other side of the fabric, and drying the spread phosphorescent liquid(S150, S160); punching holes on the fabric in a flower petal shape(S170); and producing the flowers using the obtained flower petal shaped fabric(S180). |
