The present invention relates to a light treatment device which treats the affected part of a patient using a plurality of light sources and a control method thereof. The light treatment device includes at least one plate and a plurality of first light sources and second light sources which are provided to the plate and irradiate light to the affected part of a patient, wherein the first light sources and the second light sources irradiate light with different wavelengths.
