The present invention relates to an organic semiconductor material capable of emitting light in the visible light wavelength region and, more specifically, to an organic semiconductor material whereby a p-type electron donor and an n-type electron acceptor are formed in a spontaneously co-crystallized charge transfer structure with a stoichiometric constant ratio, a transistor device using the same, and a method to manufacture the transistor device.
