The purpose of the present invention to provide soundproofing material for a vehicle which is lighter than existing soundproofing material due to a low specific gravity and has an almost similar soundproof effect by manufacturing soundproofing material containing microspheres without adding a separate facility. According to the present invention, by using soda-lime-borosilicate glass which has strong resistance to moisture and is chemically very stable as microspheres, the weight of soundproof material is reduced, and by improving a filling rate of microspheres with a sphere shape, a shrinkage rate of the soundproofing material (soundproofing sheet) is reduced and distortion is prevented. Also, another purpose of the present invention is to provide soundproofing material for a vehicle which can be manufactured with improved processing efficiency and moldability due to a decrease in viscosity in a manufacturing process. In order to achieve these purposes, the soundproofing material for a vehicle which is used for a dash panel, an inner dash, etc. contains 0.1~10.0 wt% of microspheres. |
