The present invention relates to an arrangement structure of a heeling tank for a ro-pax ship to reduce the flooded area when an engine room floods; to effectively improve stability against flooding; and to effectively follow the Stockholm agreement which requires securing a freeboard in flooding. According to the present invention, a ro-pax ship has an engine room partitioned into a front engine room (10) and a rear engine room (20) by a partition (30). Front and rear heeling tanks (40, 50) are separately arranged on both inner sides of the front and rear engine rooms (10, 20).
