The present invention relates to a method for preparing a healthy drink using Opuntia ficus-indica, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a healthy drink using Opuntia ficus-indica by: blending and crushing 90-99.5 wt% of stems of Opuntia ficus-indica and 0.5-10 wt% of ginkgo nuts to extract a mixed raw material liquid; diluting 50-60 wt% of the mixed raw material liquid with 40-50 wt% of water, followed by aging and filtering; and blending 99-99.8 wt% of the filtered liquid raw material with 0.2-1 wt% of at least one of pure crystalline fructose and fructo-oligosaccharide, followed by sterilization, thereby improving the preference of consumers eating the Opuntia ficus-indica while maximally maintaining an excellent pharmacological effect of stems of Opuntia ficus-indica, and enhancing an anti-inflammatory action, a bronchial asthma amelioration action, and a blood circulation improvement action, of the Opuntia ficus-indica. |
