An electronic chemi-light device is provided. The electronic chemi-light device includes a cap body; an LED cap which includes an LED formed on the cap body; a pin battery which turns on or turns off the LED by moving forward or backward for the cap body; a corrugated tube in which at least part of the LED cap and the pin battery is arranged in and which is capable of being elongated and contracted along the longitudinal direction by a corrugated shape; a first fixation unit for fixating the LED cap on the top of the corrugated tube; and a second fixation unit for fixating the pin battery on the bottom of the corrugated tube. The LED is turned on by making the pin battery move forward when the corrugated tube is elongated. The LED is turned off by making the pin battery move backward when the corrugated tube is contracted.
