A fluid channel guaranteeing part is installed at a lower part of the external barrel for smoothening liquid. The fluid channel guaranteeing part is installed at the front of the lower part in the external barrel. An inner side face of an extending part is formed with a camber. A water-soaking preventing part is provided for preventing water along the side of the external barrel.
