The integrated circuit has a logical cone (500) corresponding to a portion of the circuit and comprising inputs and an output. The logical cone fulfills a Boolean function. The logical cone includes a programmable logic module (505) positioned in the logical cone. The Boolean function of the logical cone is applied using a setup file of the module. The programmable module implements nonfunctional connections (509, 510) with another logical cone (511). The programmable module is adapted to implement a shunting circuit (505) i.e. routing network. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing an integrated circuit (2) a computer program comprising instructions for execution of a method for manufacturing an integrated circuit.
