Disclosed are an improved glass cutting device, a system, and a method. The glass cutting device according to the present invention includes: a laser beam head which irradiates glass by a laser beam; a collimating lens which is provided to the inside of the laser beam and parallelly collimates a laser beam; and an axicon lens which is provided to the lower part of the collimating lens and makes the laser beam parallelly collimated by the collimating lens form a multi-focus with the same beam size over a focal region. The glass is provided within the focal region.
