The present invention relates to an oral tablet for treating gastrointestinal disease, containing ranitidine, bismuth subcitrate, and sucralfate as active ingredients, and provides a cored tablet comprising a core tablet containing ranitidine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and an external layer containing bismuth subcitrate and sucralfate, wherein the film rupture time of the core tablet is 5-10 minutes, and the ranitidine dissolution rate is 75% or more within 30 minutes when a dissolution test is performed in 900 ml of purified water as a dissolution medium using a peddle method (50 rpm/min) of Korean Pharmacopoeia dissolution test. The tablet according to the present invention has advantages of ensuring stability, such as preventing the discoloring of ranitidine, having no deterioration in the absorption of ranitidine into the body, having no delay in the absorption of ranitidine into the body, being favorable in terms of the preparation costs including the preparation time, and relatively decreasing the absorption deviation between production batches.
