<p>The invention relates to a heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning facility (1) for a motor vehicle, comprising: an air-conditioning loop (3) inside which a cooling fluid (FR) circulates, comprising a compressor (7), an outer heat exchanger (9), a first inner heat exchanger (11); and a secondary loop (5) inside which a heat-transfer fluid (FC) circulates, the air-conditioning loop (3) and the secondary loop (5) interacting by means of a bi-fluid heat exchanger (19). The air-conditioning loop (3) comprises at least one first switching body (151), a second switching body (152), a third switching body (153) and a fourth switching body (154), the first switching body (151) being arranged between the compressor (7) and the second switching body (152), the second switching body (152) being arranged between the outer heat exchanger (9) and the bi-fluid heat exchanger (19), the third switching body (153) being arranged between the outer heat exchanger (9) and the first inner heat exchanger (11), and the fourth switching body (154) being arranged between the first switching body (151) and the compressor (7).
