A vibrating assembly (16) vibrates the applicator at a main vibration frequency, where the vibrating assembly is intended to generate a vibratory beating of the applicator at a beat frequency lower than the main vibration frequency. Two vibration generators (42A, 42B) generate vibrations at two different frequencies, respectively, where the beat frequency is equal to the difference between the two different frequencies.
