The prosthesis has a foot blade (1), a pyramidal fastener (2) that is ready to be connected to upper elements of the prosthesis. An articulation (4) is arranged interdependent of the foot blade and the fastener. The articulation is arranged with a seat (5) that is interdependent of the foot blade and is levelled with an adjustable heel. An end of a rod (8) is articulated with the seat. An opposite end of the rod slides along a notched rod (10) interdependent of another rod (6). A blocking unit (11) is arranged in the end of the latter rod along the notched rod. The foot blade includes carbon.
