Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data in a communications system using multiple antennas. The method of transmitting data from a base station comprises the steps of receiving information on a beam which causes interference, from a serving terminal; and transmitting control information to be used for cancelling the interference caused by the beam, to the served terminal. Accordingly, the interference may be controlled effectively in a communications system using multiple antennas.
