The present invention relates to a door for a vehicle air conditioner and, more specifically, to a door for a vehicle air conditioner to form a slimming groove on the surface of a plate of a door, on which a rubber member is doubly injected at the edge of the plate, except for the area where the rubber member is doubly injected, thereby reducing the thickness of the plate and the weight and the production costs of the door while maintaining the structure of the plate at the edge of which the rubber member is doubly injected. Also, the present invention forms a support rib around the slimming groove of the door, thereby reinforcing the plate of which the thickness is reduced.
