The system has a set of longitudinal sections (5) positioned parallel to each other in the direction of slope of a solar roof, where each section includes a central groove and two side grooves. Each longitudinal section supports edges of two adjacent solar collectors (4) of the roof. The solar collectors are arranged on a same plane parallel to the slope of the roof. Longitudinal fixing devices (10) of the collectors cooperate with the central groove, where each device maintains the edges of collectors on the same longitudinal section and fixes the edges simultaneously. An independent claim is also included for a solar roof.
