The present invention relates to an oxime ester photoinitiator with a novel structure and a reactive liquid crystal composition and a photosensitive composition including the same. The present invention relates to the oxime ester photoinitiator represented by chemical formula 1 and contributes to the improvement of the physical properties of the photosensitive composition. In chemical formula 1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen, a C1-C12 straight-chain alkyl group or a C1-C12 branched-chain alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an alkynyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, and a C6-C30 aryl group.
