MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF CORE FOR FORMING OIL GALLERY OF ENGINE PISTON

The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a core used to form an oil gallery inside an engine piston when the engine piston is casted. The manufacturing apparatus of the core according to the present invention comprises: a lower mold of which the upper side is opened so that powder for sintering is inserted therein; an upper mold which is mounted on the upper side of the lower mold to be able to be lifted and which presses and sinters powder for sintering inserted into the receiving part during a lowering action so as to form the core; a discharge unit mounted on the lower mold for elevating the core, which is arranged in the receiving part, out of the receiving part; and an ejecting unit which is mounted on the upper side of the lower mold to be able to move back and forth and which conveys the core arranged on the upper side of the receiving part to the outside of the lower mold by the discharge unit. The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention makes automated manufacturing of the ring-shaped main body and the core having the hollow pin connected to the main body possible, thereby remarkably enhancing productivity of the core and reducing manufacturing costs of the core.
