The device has multiple wind turbines located at different heights and/or distance about three times of diameter when the wind turbines are located on a same level, where a secondary axle (6) of each wind turbine is brought back on a common axle (1). A vibration damping element (2) is arranged at a fixing support of the wind turbine. Brackets (4) are welded and located at a base of the common axle. The wind turbines are fixed by mounted parts (7) and welded with the secondary axles.
