<p>The method involves selecting a resistive group including a resistive element (2) of measuring circuit. An auxiliary terminal (6a) is connected to the circuit, where the terminal is placed so as to form an auxiliary circuit including the group with another auxiliary terminal (6b), where the auxiliary circuit is formed between one of main terminals (1a, 1b) and the former auxiliary terminal. Voltage is applied to terminals of the auxiliary circuit, where the voltage is controlled to induce breakdown of the group to adjust resistance of the measuring circuit without the group.</p> |
