<p>The device has two flanges (13, 23) attached with each other to define a closed position of a packaging space for receiving a food product. Sealing and tamper units (35, 36) cover the flanges in a closed position. The sealing and tamper units are pressed into an edge. The sealing and tamper units continuously cover edges in a transverse direction of the packing from the flange to the other flange. A prior peeling unit opens the packing in a partially sealed state. The sealing and tamper units and the flanges are transversely arranged in a discontinuous manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a packing device.</p> |
