PROCESSING WASTED SILICON SLUDGE FOR CEMENT MANUFACTURING RAW MATERIALS

Disclosed is a method for utilizing wasted silicon sludge as a functional material of raw material wheat during cement manufacturing. The present invention provides a method for processing wasted silicon sludge which comprises the steps of: processing wasted silicon sludge with 5 wt% or less of oil content by centrifugation and drying; mixing the processed wasted silicon sludge with a liquid composition including 20-50 wt% of EG based grinding agent and 50-80 wt% of water; and providing the mixed wasted silicon sludge to cement raw material wheat. The present invention prevents ball coating and aggregation, enhances cement raw material grinding productivity, and reduces silica stone among raw materials when applying the wasted silicon sludge raw material wheat.
